Seems odd that you can have 2 games with the exact same name. But then, how often do you see "Your Game Name" as the name?

Maybe in the creation process, that could be screened out at a point where you have to provide a name, and if it is similar to other names (based on keywords), a list of such games comes up so the author has a chance to view them and notice any redundancy.
