It looks like Venezuela will never get rid of Chavez after they granted him more terms in office after this past election. Eventually they won't have elections.

I respect your view but to me he fits many of the criterias.
I think that this article is rather neutral:

Just because he is anti-USA doesn't automatically make him one of the good ones, at least not to me.

It is outrageous to call Hugo Chavez a dictator, he is one of the few truly democratic leaders of the world! Venezuelan democracy survived the US -backed coup of 2002 was reinforced by the undemocratically imposed referendum. People's power has always won!
In no way does Hugo Chavez fit your definition!

@ niklas:
I do not know how to properly respond to you in English, perhaps you do not speak Spanish, and you understand my message wrong but what I said in my first comment was itself a "x" person will be interested to hear what is history of Mexico, I know that there have been many dictators in the world, I do not criticize your game is Excellent.
I hope that I understand.

@Cris51:
I didn't take it as critisism, it's just that there were so many dictators to choose from so I guess I ended up choosing the ones I recognised without thinking of geographical distribution.

Thanks for the comment.
This game may be a little Europe-centered, but that's my home after all :o)

Before reading the comments, I was also going to comment that Hugo Chavez doesn't meet the definition of a dictator. Unlike pianocommy, I am no great fan of Chavez, and suspect he would take dictatorial powers if given them, but the election of a year or two back in which he lost a bid for greater power proves that there are real electoral limits to his power. Hence (certainly as of that time) he was not a dictator by definition. Bush, Chavez, and Ahmadinejad all fall into the class of elected leaders who either abused their power, engaged in demagoguery, or both, but remained subject to electoral forces to some degree.
Great game, in any case.
