The thought has crossed my mind. To make it look real good I would need to get rid of the lines pointing at the different organs, but that would mean a new background which means creating a new game and loosing all the player statistics.
I did remove the lines on a game I made later, the "Human Muscles" game.

Great game! That's a fabulous background! I think it would be more fun if you placed the dots directly on the organs.
