This was one of my first games. If I had made it now it would have more dots on the organs and fewer, shorter lines.
It could be a linguistic game as well. For people that don't have English as a native tongue, like me, can learn the English names.

The thought has crossed my mind. To make it look real good I would need to get rid of the lines pointing at the different organs, but that would mean a new background which means creating a new game and loosing all the player statistics.
I did remove the lines on a game I made later, the "Human Muscles" game.
