Why don't you change all of the Provinces to the Chinese Pinyin Name?

(Tibet=Xizang for starters)

You are right about Hebei, I don't know how I could miss that. When it comes to Taiwan I am a bit uncertain of what to do. I guess people will have opinions whatever I do with that. I left it out originally in order to not take sides...

Hebei province should definitely be added, and Taiwan should probably be added, depending on intent.
