There is something wrong here, Juan Peron from Argentina was not a dictator, he was elected president by constitutional election 3 times, 1946, 1952 and 1973

Nice Game but some are missing:

-Saddam Hussein - Iraq
- Joseph Stalin - Russia
and in my opinion the worst:
George Bush - USA

@Niklas
Juan Peron tried to do good for the poor, but he gained power through a coup and abolished the constitution. He also offered sanctuary to Nazi war criminals.

In the Dutch Wikipedia he figures in a list of dictators.

Your point about being elected several times is a bit of wishful thinking, I'm afraid. Syria for instance has elections on a regular basis but Bashar Al-Assad (and his father Hafez Al-Assad before him) is always re-elected. It's not hard when there is only one candidate. There are plenty of countries like that.

Was Juan Peron really a dictator? In Wikipedia it says:
Juan Domingo Perón (October 8, 1895 – July 1, 1974) was an Argentine soldier and politician, elected three times as President of Argentina and serving from 1946 to 1955 and from 1973 to 1974.

Dictators are rarely elected three times, maybe one time (Adolf Hitler for instance)
