Facts:

- Ecosystem is a self-sustaining association of plants, animals, and the physical environment in which they live.
- An ecosystem is much smaller than a biome. An ecosystem can be as large as the Sahara Desert, or as small as a puddle or vernal pool.

a couple inaccuracies:
- Taiga is not the same thing as coniferous forest
- its tundra, not tHundra, and putting the dot on greenland is misleading. Central greenland is a year round ice cap. A better spot would be the northern shores of Canada
