Oh, just kidding about you "missing" it. It's unusual, but not really in the same league as most of the others.
But do a Google image search on it for a look at something odd.

I tried to get top 10 from each category at http://www.world-waterfalls.com/ when it was possible to put a dot on the map. I must have missed your teafall :)

Ah, but you missed Upper Tahquamenon Falls up in dah Yoop of Michigan, dontcha know?
Second most volume in eastern US, but odd because the water is brown due to tannins from the cedar swamps the river drains. It looks like a teafall.
Seriously, great game. Wish I'd thought of it...
