No the river is the Lower Tunguska, the Angara river departs from the Yenisey further south. Both those rivers have similar discharge, but I included the Tunguska because it is significantly longer than the Angara.

The river u call Lower Tunguska is actually the Angara River; together the Yenisey and Angara rivers form the 5th longest river system in the world. Good game though ;)
